Cashel Palace Hotel Civils Package

Scope of Works: Scope of Works: As part of the redevelopment of the Cashel Palace Hotel, ESK delivered the full civil works package. This included structural alterations, site clearance and grading, installation of stormwater and foul drainage systems, utility upgrades and diversions, new service connections, and associated external and landscaping works.

Construction of Multipurpose Storage Facility

Scope of Works: For the construction of this 100m x 20m multipurpose storage facility, ESK acted as Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) and delivered a full turnkey civil works package in just 7 weeks. Works included site clearance and grading to achieve required levels and drainage, installation of concrete pads and foundations for the shed and front yard, erection of the structural steel frame, and installation of external cladding and roofing. The project was completed with concrete yard surfacing and kerbing, providing a durable and functional finished facility, delivered efficiently and safely.

MSD Ballydine R&D Facility Civils Package

Scope of Works: ESK was entrusted with the civil works for the construction of a new formulation research and development facility within a live pharmaceutical plant in Ballydine, Tipperary. Working under a strict schedule, we executed all groundwork, foundations, structural concrete works, and site development to the highest standards. Our team ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This project showcased our ability to deliver complex civil works in highly controlled environments, meeting the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Ballydoyle Racing Gallop and Installation of Lighting

Scope of Works: ESK was responsible for the construction and upgrading of gallops, including the installation of a full lighting system. Our scope of work involved trench excavation and the installation of ESB ducting, bases, and sleeves for light poles. Additionally, we carried out the upgrade and construction of all-weather gallops, incorporating a comprehensive drainage and ducting system to ensure optimal performance and durability. This project demonstrated our expertise in delivering high-quality infrastructure for equestrian facilities, meeting the highest industry standards

Medite Clonmel Plant Upgrades

Scope of Works: ESK delivered essential plant upgrades at Medite Clonmel, including the construction of an ash pit extension to support environmental improvements. Built to enhance sustainability and compliance, the extension plays a key role in the plant’s waste management. In addition, we maintain an ongoing partnership for the levelling of the woodchip pile, ensuring efficient material handling. As close neighbours, we take pride in contributing to the plant’s long-term environmental and operational goals.

Bulmers Clonmel Plant Upgrades

Scope of Works: ESK delivered key plant upgrades at Bulmers Clonmel, enhancing site infrastructure and operational efficiency. Our scope of work included the construction of foundations and new internal roadways, extensive excavation and grading for drainage and attenuation systems, and the installation of kerbing and service ducting. Working within an active facility, we implemented strict traffic and pedestrian management controls to ensure safety and minimal disruption. Our expertise in civil works and project coordination ensured the successful completion of these upgrades, supporting the continued operations of one of Ireland’s leading beverage producers.
