Our health and safety culture permeates the whole business, starting from the top. We emphasise the importance of behavioural safety and training to ensure this is front of mind with everyone on site, day in day out.
ESK is committed to promoting and implementing high standards of health, safety and welfare that comply with the provisions and requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 as well as all other statutory provisions and Codes of Practice.
We are committed to prevention of injury and ill health to our staff and to ensuring the safety of visitors, clients and contractors on our various sites & workplaces is paramount in executing our daily works.
We proactively consult with all staff and employees on matters of health and safety via biannual in-house seminars, project-specific workshops, and routine health & safety briefings, alerts, and toolbox talks.
Simply put our priority is to get everyone home safe at the end of each working day. We aim for zero incidents and have a remarkable track record. We constantly review, iterate and implement safer solutions in all our work practices.
