• Cleared and graded site to ensure proper leveling and drainage.
• Installed concrete pads for structural support.
• Laid foundations for the shed base and front yard.
• Erected the main structural framework.
• Installed exterior sheeting and roofing materials.

 

Completing this 100mx18m multipurpose building and yard from a greenfield site in just six weeks was a significant achievement for our team. We efficiently cleared and graded the site, installed concrete pads for structural support, and laid the foundations for the shed base and front yard. The main structural framework was erected with precision, and exterior sheeting and roofing materials were installed seamlessly. This project demonstrates our team’s capability to handle large-scale construction projects effectively and on time.

 

 

SPORTS: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW WALKWAY AT CLONEEN GAA

Contract Duration: 3 months

Scope of Works

• Cleared the route of spoil and overgrown trees.
• Constructed a 500m walking path around the perimeter of the GAA ground including lighting and future ducting provision.
• Finished the top surface with a coat of Ballylusk dust to give a durable weather resistant walking surface.
• Landscaped all surrounding areas on completion.
